The Heritage Springs Maine Coon Adoption Process
Submit a kitten application and get approved to bring home a Heritage Springs Maine Coon kitten!
When your application is approved, you will receive an email from Heritage Springs Maine Coons explaining the next part of the process.
You may choose to join our wait list for $100 which is credited toward your purchase of a kitten. Joining the wait list is not mandatory, but it ensures you get priority pick of the upcoming litters.
You will be invited to the Heritage Springs VIP Facebook group where we will watch the kittens grow together. Here you will see photos and videos of the kittens, milestones, and vet visits. Lots of questions get answered here as well.
When kittens are 7 weeks old, I price them based on their conformation, size, color, show potential, and lineage. Once kittens are priced, they become available to reserve.
If you join the waitlist, when it is your turn to choose a kitten, you may opt to choose a kitten or pass and wait for the next litter. It is our goal to help you find the perfect kitten at the perfect time so there is no limit to how long you can stay on the wait list. If you want to reserve a kitten when it is your turn to choose, you may do so by sending a 30% deposit and a signed contract.
If you did not join the waitlist, but your kitten application has been approved, and you fall in love with one of our available kittens, you may reserve the kitten with a 30% deposit and a signed contract- send me a message and I will get you all the details.
The remaining balance for the price of the kitten is due at the time of pick up. If your kitten is being delivered, the remaining balance of the kitten is due before the kitten leaves us for its trip to you.
